Trial Information
Milford Haven Swim Squad offers a free trial for new swimmers, starting with an assessment to ascertain their current skill level. They will need to bring:
Due to current restrictions we have no access to changing facilities before the session – swimmers need to come ‘beach ready’ with their swimsuit on with joggers & a top (or dryrobe style towel) over the top. After the session, they may book a changing room if there is availability. Alternatively, they leave their bathers on, towel off & dress over the top of their bathers.
A bag is allowed, but not a mesh style bag. During the session clothes will be placed in an individual box on poolside.
Entrance to the pool is via the main reception entrance (our squad and coaches will be gathered there ready to enter).

- Swim hat
- Goggles
- Towel
- Drink
- Front snorkel (if available - please ask if unsure)
- Short blade swim fins (if available - not the long blade scuba style fins, please ask if unsure)
