Milford Haven Swimming Squad (Milford Tigers) train at Milford Haven Leisure Centre (The Meads) most nights of the week. All swimmers stage 6 and above are welcome to come for a try out on a Friday 6.30-7.15pm.
Swimmers are aged 6-15 and compete at both a local and national level. MHSS are part of Pembrokeshire County Swimming and West Wales Swimming.
